Dr. Bitar is a wonderful dentist. He explained my problem and his plan of care. He talked about future plans and how I felt about them. I am included in my dental care decisions. His assistant is very gentle and friendly and very informed on what is to be done. Everyone in the office is so nice and friendly. It's a good place to have to go for unpleasant reasons.

not knowing what to expect on my first visit to Gentle Dental i was pleasantly surprised to find a nice cheerful group of people that seemed to want to make sure my experience was comfortable. i really like my dentist dr. carmichael. she was very thorough, gentle & straight to the point. she explained exactly what she would do & why. which is what i wanted..an expert opinion & honesty.
The staff was wonderful, nice and very greetful. I would recommend Gentle Dental to family and friends. Dr. Carmichael was great and straight forward.
The service provided to date has been very good. Each appointment has gone very well. All the staff has been very pleasant and shown a good level of care for your clients.

The visit was to check on how my gums were healing and to polish my teeth as a final part of the deep cleaning process. All went well and i still say ruth is the greatest!!!!
I was embarrassed when I was giving one of you "$100 gift Card" and gave it to a friend. I was told it was good for new customers for any work only to find out that they would have to spend "X" amount of dollars first. I feel I scammed my friend on your behalf. Tell the truth in the future. I had to quiz the guy at the front desk to get the truth.
