This dental office is by far the worst. Poor scheduling made me wait over 45 mins. and still didn't call me so I walked out. This has happen a few times.They need better scheduling. Only have one ortho doctor and you have to wait at lease 30 days to see him.I'm finding another place to go.:-(

Worst dental office ever after waiting for over an hour for my son A RUDE woman dentist tells me my son has to see the dentist for children and he wont be in for over a month. She was rude disrespectful and I will never be going back to this office again

Worst experience ever!!!!! They have you fill out a medical history chart and don't bother to read it! Had two medical problems and had to remind them to read the chart before the root canal. The endodontist was cold with no patient compassion. I received no numbing agent before the doctor stabbed my gums with needles. All I got from her was " oh yes it hurts" Really!!!!!!!!!!!! I was scheduled to get my wisdom teeth pulled and the surgeon told me that he has never removed wisdom teeth on someone my age 36 and he can't promise me that I would ever get my feeling back on the right side of my mouth. And that I may be to "old" to get that done... Wow now I was just there about two weeks ago and my age never came up.... I will never go back to them again!!!!!

This had to be the WORST Dental office my family has ever experienced! I will be calling an Attorney, I've already called my insurance, I'm also calling the american dental association, also the police! My 4 yes old son was seen and was treated so badly. I took pictures of his face and part of him where the dentist office left marks on my child! Yes I said marks on my child. This dental office is by far the worst . The red headed lady in the front that sits at the desk, and pretends she has a hard job is extremely rude, and sassy . I think she needs a lesson on how to treat paying patients . This place over books , and causes people to wait 30 to 40 min, before being seen for their scheduled appt .The younger guy at the front is nice , and Dr. Hawkins is a pretty good ortho .

This place sucks! I have dental insurance and needed a root canal. They quoted me at $740 for an all porcelain crown. When I looked over my benefits, it showed I should only have to pay 315$ out of pocket. After being unable to find another dentist quickly I decided to suck it up and pay whatever additional fees they were tacking on. They said they needed to refer me to an endodontist who is only there twice a month so I had to wait 2 weeks. Waited 1.5 hours in waiting room with my 6 and 7 year for their appt. Painful. Cleaning and xrays took over 1.5 hours to complete. I have HMO dental insurance and when I got home I found they grossly over priced my copay and qoute for needed work. Now I have to spend extra time with my insurer reporting abuse and cancelling my credit card. They even charge $50 for the numbing jelly before they fill a tooth. I'm an anesthesia provider so I know that Is OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED!!!!

If even one person reads this review and does not go there then it has been worth my time. Please keep your family away from this location!My insurance company had this as the nearest location that accepted my insurance.So I took my 2 daughters for a check up. The office is dingy and the receptionist about as friendly as a cold fish but I thought surly if my insurance company had them on thier list....First mistake...
