My family of 6 have been coming to this dental office for a while & have noticed they have been overcharging more & more through the years. I have dental insurance but they keep trying to add things that my insurance company doesn't cover, when my insurance company will cover another way of dental care that gets the same procedure done. This is the absolute WORST dental office and if I could give it ZERO stars I would! They checked with my dental insurance while I was there. I made them call in front of me to confirm the services they suggested (a routine cleaning) was 100% covered because they have charged me in the past even though routine cleanings are supposed to be covered. It is a shame that they went to dental school to become shysters. I came in specifically to get a teeth cleaning which my insurance covered. The first words out of the dentist was to upsell and try to get me for a periodontal consult, which emphatically refused several times. Then I was told by the front staff what it was going to cost for my teeth cleaning. I walked out and called my insurance and was informed of my maximum copay to be much less than the quote. I have given this place 2 years of patience and leeway. I receive erroneous bills after each visit, and resolving each issue has been a headache. The staff assures me they actively work to clarify billing issues, however months pass and I receive the same incorrect bills in the mail without any follow-up communication. To anyone considering this business, don't.
I went there for a cleaning, they refused to give me a cleaning unless I agree to spend $380 for some unnecessary fancy treatment
By far the worst business ever, simply a dentist looking to cash in on people. Got extensive work done and had to go to another specialist shortly after for root canals due to the damage. This dentist and practice should be stopped.
I only started coming to this place out of convenience, since it was pretty close to where I used to live. I immediately changed to a different dentist after they started charging me for routine cleanings. I don't pay a cent at my new dentist with the same exact insurance! Gentle Dental would charge me over $100! They also started calling and mailing me a bill for a service long after I had stopped coming here. Today was my first time at This office I was so disappointed I walked in! the front desk guy saw me and ignored me. he gave me the forms to fill out lol is like I was going to have an open heart surgery questionary there was a the guy that took the X-rays very nice kid, then the Hygienist came then the DR. Then the other guy to explain the treatment. the Hygienist was so rude and rough my jaw was hurting he splash water all over my face a mean all over my forehead, hair, eyes I was WTF?
