I want you people out there in Arizona, if you're looking for dentist to go too! I suggest Gentle Dental, which my oldest daughter Sabrina told me. I must tell how really professional, courtesy, & friendly the whole staff were to me. Both Larae & Penny at the front office were terrific. I came in without an appointment because I was in pain and they got me in. Dr. Geronimo did a great job too of quickly diagnosing my problem. When it was determined that I needed a root canal, the women of the front office called all over trying to locate one of the dentists qualified to do a root canal. Aimee Montana, RDH at Gentle Dental (Signal Butte) is awesome! I've had my teeth cleaned by many others in my life (I am 59) but Aimee did the best job I've ever had. Aimee was thorough , while not poking or scrapping my mouth and causing any discomfort. She also manages to keep a pleasant/humorous conversation going, even with my mouth full of a suction device, a water hose, and her hands! This place is amazing. Dr. Geranamo and Michal did an amazing job extracting my tooth. It's been years since I been to the dentist because I was always scared of the pain, but here at gentle dental they took real good care of me. I felt very minimal pain, but it was nothing compared to what I've been through before at other dentist offices. My whole family comes here, and we love it! We all see the hygienist Aimee because she is truly the best. She so nice, and she does remember everyone even though appointments are only once every six months. Aimee always explains what she observes with my teeth and gives me useful advice for how to take better care of my pearly whites. She answers all my questions and leaves notes for the doctor to review. Dr. Geronimo and Dr. Comacho are also very nice and helpful. walking in you are made to feel comfortable and welcome. I was called for my appointment on time and when in the chair everything was explained to me thoroughly and I was encouraged to ask any questions regarding my treatment. The hygienist was very professional and my teeth cleaning was painless. When the doctor reviewed my xrays he encouraged me to ask questions and explained everything i asked and showed me what he was looking for on the xrays. I have a fear of dentists. I think my whole family does after years of bad dental service in Chicago. (The Chicago hygienist was so bad that she could make my tough-guy dad cry during a cleaning.
