We go to the orthodontist side of Gentle Dental. In 3.5 years we have been through 4 orthodontists at this location. Each time stunting the progress on my daughter's timeline for her braces. I do not recommend this business for orthodontics. It is not any cheaper than the bigger ones around the area and they are 100 times better. I have my younger daughter now at Advanced Orthodontics and she will probably be done before my older one.

I have had nothing but problems with front office staff for scheduling. If you can look past them (which is extremely frustrating and finally after 3 years I requested my chart to move on) Dr. Gaud is awesome. My hygienist Andrea was awesome as well. Andrea moved on to part time at another office so when she left Gentle Dental apparently the office staff deleted her patients as well. I would give 0 stars if possible. I went to this location because I thought it was closer to me. I had a tooth that rotted and broke and wanted what was left in there removed so I went in and saw Dr. Boss. He suggest to see the oral surgeon. I did and he gave me a prescription for antibiotic cause it was infected and after the round of antibiotic I had the root and rest of the tooth removed. The worst office I have ever been at, I have been there multiple times and never very happy but today they totally ripped me off I will never go back PLEASE BEWARE DONT TRUST THIS PLACE they do subpar work and tell you your insurance won't cover the bill I went outside called my insurance and they said yes they would cover it went in and tried to speak with Janet and I was rudely told no when I demanded I was told she went home

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! The staff was rude and kept us waiting over 2 hours talking to other staff members about shoes. But other than that they are so expensive. When trying to meet with them to get my wisdom teeth removed they charged us 100$ just to talk to the oral surgeon for 2 minutes as then to get told we need to pay 3000 more dollars just to get the wisdom teeth out, which wouldn't have been a huge deal had they not have charged us 100 dollars to just talk to the oral surgeon. If I could make it 0 stars I would. So I really think doing yelp reviews is basically the dumbest thing on the planet but people need to be forwarned of this place. My wife went in for a routine visit and a consult to get her wisdom teeth removed. Apparently my wife needed 4 deep cleanings, a crown, and her wisdom teeth removed. Just the deep cleaning and crown was going to cost with insurance 700+. I have been going to Gentle Dental for years as well as my kids. January I had an appt scheduled and I sat for an hour while the lobby filled up. Everyone was called except me. I was upset because it was an appointment. I have spent a lot of money on Dentures that are ill fitting and kept need an adjustment. DO NOT TRUST YOUR DENTAL NEEDS TO THIS OFFICE!! THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. They just messed up my daughter's appointment THREE times and the receptionist had the nerve to roll her eyes and laugh when I demanded that after driving 40 miles from college they honor my daughter's appt as it was written on her reminder card. Beware of this place after taking my mom there for Periodontal deep cleaning, we signed up to become members so to take advantage of the discount prices as we knew she would have to be going several times a year. Her first visit went Ok and then she went for her 4 month maintenance cleaning which we were told would be $75 on arrival she was told their fees went up 40% and to expect increases every year.
