My third review, just because it truly needs to be out there. So after 3 months into my braces, I was already on the THIRD orthodontist. Not by my choice, of course. Apparently they can't keep one around long enough. Anyway, around 7 months, which was my original quoted end date, I asked how much longer. They charge a price and then when work isn't done procedures were not completed yet money never refunded when calling over 4 months problem still not resolved. They keep giving the run around about needing to speak to corporate. Over charged for 2 root canals. They did great work but billing is ridiculous. Not happy.

Poor experience overall. I arrived 15 minutes early to my first appointment as requested by the front desk. My appointment was at 8a and I was not seen by someone till 8:30. I first had x-rays taken and then waited again for 20 minutes before being seen by the hygienist. Then 10 minutes later, I waited again for 15 minutes before the Dentist came in. Hello, I had to come back to let the all of you and especially the staff at this rip-off place that, I had my appointment yesterday at Newport Medical Dental and had the same tooth extracted and my out of pocket was $0.00 You know who I am, call and confirm. This just shows how you're office does business, very shady. These individuals wanted to charge me $155.00 for the same procedure that I had done yesterday. BAD experience. I had appointment in the morning, then I arrived on time and waited for 30 min. Then the doctor called saying that she cannot make it bc of traffic. If you cannot come early, don't schedule appointments early. My time is VALUABLE TOO. Dr. Randa did my crown. But she did not close the crown properly. My new dentist showed me X ray of that crown, there is a gap between my tooth and the crown. The gap causes bacteria to accumulate there.I need full refund of my crown to get a new one that works. You will be frustrated. As a family we've had 3 rounds of orthodontics. It's very hard to get an appointment. They tell me to call in the beginning of the month, so I do , by then everything is booked up. There was also a time that they moved my appointment without notifying me, luckily I always confirm. Because it's so hard to get an appointment, my son's ortho treatment has been prolonged. I regret ever starting another treatment here. The staff and ortho are very quick with you. The staff here is horrible. I waited over 3 wks before having my wisdom teeth removed bc of mistakes they made. I had 2 appointments rescheduled both bc of an AC update. The second time this happened, I received no notification. I showed up and found the building closed early. When I met the dentist I was there to have my wisdom teeth removed -- the staff tried to upsell me every chance they got. Update Upon 2nd Visit: You can have the nicest service ever but when you make people wait for 3+ hours to have their wisdom teeth pulled with no warning or sincere apology, you deserve all of the bad reviews. Both the patient and myself being his ride (who was going to be a future wisdom tooth extraction patient) had to take the day off for this - where are my lost wages? You wouldn't hesitate to charge me for being 3+ hours late. And we weren't the only ones, person after us was waiting 4+ hours! Absolute mess of a bus... read more

This place will deceive you! The employees are "nice" although it is a front. First of all the xray machine is something that was used when I was a child back in 1970! SERIOUSLY. Digital xray have been around for about 15 years. This place needs ro upgrade. That should have been my sign to walk out the door. But, naively I chose to take a RISK.
