I came here only once for a routine cleaning and check up. My last dentist was out in Pasadena so this was more conveniently located. I saw Dr. Reza. I debated posting anything but I really feel bothered by the whole thing. We started on a bad foot when they hadn't verified my insurance information before I got there. I gave them the info when I called to make the appointment. I walked in, not looking at Yelp beforehand (MY WORST MISTAKE!) Most of the staff seemed pretty nice, but once the "Dentist" walked in and and got into my mouth, everything went south. I don't remember her name, but there was nothing ""GENTAL"" about her. I had a small piece of bone sticking out of my gums, which was irritating, but had not become a big issue yet. Beware of this place! Sneaky unqualified people in this office! The dentist that work here have a 2 month turnaround, they try to sell you everything every time and make u feel bad for saying no. Came in for a cleaning as I do every 6 months and the new dentist older Asian lady examined my mouth before the cleaning and poked my gums a few times making them bleed until I told her to be gentle like your damn company name. This place is a scam they like to over charge my husband went in for crown that fell out that was done by them they charge him for services that went to collections without notifying him we got a second opinion and was told by the new doctor that he has gum disease he had a cavity and was told his gums are not healthy enough for a new crown gentle Dental neglect to notify my husband of his gum disease and cavities but they were so quick to get his money for a new crown shame on them scammers is what they are

The staff is wonderful but their billing practices are the worst. I pay as services are rendered, never heard anything until I got a notice that I owe over $1k from a collection agency. 2nd time. I now have to look for a new dentist which is a shame since the staff is great. Figure it out people.

I am sorry to say that I can not recommend this facility after my first and only visit. At this visit (around November 2017), they took X-rays and then told me I had significant dental issues which would require prompt attention (including periodontitis), and then they didn't even clean my teeth, saying I needed to schedule another appointment for that. My experience in the office was so unpleasant I left scared, sad and worried. The dentist tells me I have 3 cavities and when I questioned it he says "oh their lil cavities" also said I needed 2 crowns. I went in for a cleaning and they didn't even complete one. When I walked out to the front desk they handed over a bill for $3,546 dollars. I said I will call you back. This office is organized! RUDE and make you wait over a hour to see the dentist with an appointment, once you get in you wait another 1hr! I just lost 2 hrs of my life that I won't get back! Buyer beware!!

Since coming to this facility the ortho has changed multiple times. Apt times appear to be scarce to come by as well. I'd give it higher stars for the output and efforts of the front desk. However, the current ortho can improve on her people skills and how she communicates with clients. There appears to be a disconnect in communication especially when asking for the length of ortho treatment and the status of treatment.
