Dr. Felix and the rest of the staff are amazing, she was gentle and very supportive during my procedure. I hadn't been to the dentist in 40 years due to fear. She gave me a new outlook on dentists and their craft. Very satisfied with my experience. Thank you Gentle Dental
Friendly front staff and the dentist was courteous and well manored. Did not have to wait long to be seen. And all my questions and concerns were answered. Thanks I would definitely recommend this dental office
Very nice people. My hygienist (Trish) is an absolute sweetheart. She is very good at her job. Dr Drew is also a pretty damn good bloke.
The customer service at the office in Puyallup was an awful experience. I had received a call from the front office when I was on my way to the appointment. I shared I was on my way and stuck at the light and would be there in a couple of minutes. She snapped at me and said if I didn't get there in 15 minutes I would need to reschedule. When I arrived she told me she was surprised I came so quick, and gave me paperwork to fill out. Then the nurse called me to go into the area for treatment and she also had a nasty attitude.... read more
Dr. Lawhorne is amazing. He explained everything in detail and the importance of doing what I need to have done. I no longer have a fear of dentists because of him! The office manager is so helpful too and is very understanding. Great place.
