I have a literally phobia of the dentist where I utterly lose it with panic attacks. These folk were able to keep me calm, gave me control (or at least made me feel in control) and made this a bearable experience. I have never once had such good dentists before. Thank you to the staff and especially the dentists themselves.
I went in for just a routine cleaning and why is their name Gentle Dental but that was the most violent cleaning of my life?? They used the sharp scrapers but I swear it felt like she was trying to cut my gums open and rip my teeth apart. Never in my life have I had such a horrible cleaning at any dentist’s office, and why did it last so long?? Pretty sure I was laying there with my mouth getting tortures for 30+ minutes. Dr. Lawhorne is amazing. He explained everything in detail and the importance of doing what I need to have done. I no longer have a fear of dentists because of him! The office manager is so helpful too and is very understanding. Great place.
Dr. Felix and the rest of the staff are amazing, she was gentle and very supportive during my procedure. I hadn't been to the dentist in 40 years due to fear. She gave me a new outlook on dentists and their craft. Very satisfied with my experience. Thank you Gentle Dental
Dr Lawhorne is always so kind and understanding. In the beginning I experienced a lot of anxiety but he kept making sure I was comfortable all along the way. I’ve never had a dentist that was so accommodating. Him and his staff are amazing!
