Growing up I had some unpleasant dental experiences. Also more recently as an adult as well. But not here! I am extremely pleased to be able to say this dental facility and all the people serving here make me feel very comfortable. They are always pleasant and ask if you are doing okay 👌🏻 They work well together and allow you a chance to explain any specific requests or concerns. At first this place seemed great. But that took a turn when what I went into the office did not come back as promised. I was promised a refund from Hope- it was what she offered me, she said "I will get you a full refund." She has never called me back and intentionally ignoring me. She is so nice to your face and during the process, but it is completely unprofessional to just not answer me. I made myself so clear on the type of retainer I wanted and needed. Everyone was nice and professional. Dentist was a busy man. Going from one room to another. But need a bit more professionalism and positive attitude from the front desk person. She seemed a bit rude. That's the reason for me rating it 4 stars.
Always a pleasant visit. This time it was for my wisdom teeth. And for once I feel confident to remove them. The doctor was pretty straight forward and explain the good and bad of the procedure.
The place was clean and the service was very quick once your appointment starts. The dentist himself had that typical "god" complex and talked down to you like you're a peasant, not just once but at every appointment I've had. The dental assistants were all very kind.
