How could you not... How could you not but a car from this place? They are amazing went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. When I ordered my new for explorer an the color was no what I though, they didn't hesitate to get me a different one! Who else would have done that? I have been buying cars from George Wall, Ford and I have been buying cars from George Wall, Ford and Lincoln for the past six years or more. The salesman James is the best. I followed him from Staten Island. All the way to George Wall as well as Juan those guys really know how to take care of a customer. Service. Service... bought an extended warranty on tires and rims at time of car purchase. 1 yr later had an incident and required a new rim. After 20 days of dealer having car. And apparently 2 rims that do not match car. I'm still left in the wind.. also impossible to get a loaner car. I understand it's aftermarket service warranty, but shouldn't sell a product that doesn't meet customers basic needs. At this point I rated 1 star simply because couldn't go lower... NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
Waste of time I couldn't have made it more clear that I didn't think it was worth my time to come up to their dealer (1 Hour & 40 Mins) to work out a deal on a new car. Their price was too high and their trade-in offer was too low. After two calls with them, I wrote them off. Vehicle had $3300 of damage when bought worst place I've ever bought a vehicle in my life and have purchased a lot of vehicles I would not purchase a vehicle from them. I bought a CPO Lincoln from them and when it arrived it had $3300 of damage on the vehicle they told me they would give me $1200 for the repair which I never received that wouldn't even cover half the repair. it took me weeks to even get a hold of anybody and nothing about it has been done.
Stay Away- Bad Sales experience Have previously purchased 2 trucks from dealership. They have ZERO value for past customers. Custom ordered an F-150 in January. Sales staff messed up order and the wrong truck was delivered in May. Instead of owning mistake and trying to rectify, they sold truck before I was given a chance to purchase. The Sales Manager, Palermo, is arrogant and has zero value for current/past customers. Wall Ford service department are criminals I needed an oil change, a safety inspection and tire rotation for a long trip and got robbed. The tire pressure sensor had given me a code, so I asked them to examine that as well. When I picked up the vehicle, the tire pressure code hadn't been cleared, safety check and brake check hadn't been done, and the tires were not rotated. All I got was the oil changed.
