Exceptional Most times these review boards are used to complain, not me though. I brought my Mountaineer in to have service done because of a concern I had with the front end making a popping sound when I made hard turns. After several days, during which I was afforded a loaner car, the repairs were "completed" and I went to pick up the car. Bought a new Explorer I dealt with Mike Lalley. very easy to deal with. No pressure, funny and easy going. I made him bring out about 6 vehicles before I found the one the wife and I wanted. He didn't even blink when we kept asking to see another one. I have had George Wall fix other vehicles for me that were not purchased there and I was anxious to buy there because I think their Service Department was FAIR, HONEST, and RELIABLE. The Finance gal was excellent, fast and efficient. Overall very pleased.
Superior Service I was looking for a new Mustang online. I had my previous Mustang for 12 years and drove it 296,150 miles. In looking for a repeat of quality and performance, I saw a new Mustang for sale online at George Wall. The young lady who helped me over the phone was very knowledgeable and polite. One of the Best Buying Experiences Ever I went shopping last Friday for a new Ford to replace my old Dodge Pickup Truck. I had also been thinking about selling/trading my 4 year old Honda CRV for a new one a few months down the road. How could you not... How could you not but a car from this place? They are amazing went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. When I ordered my new for explorer an the color was no what I though, they didn't hesitate to get me a different one! Who else would have done that? Great place to deal with Great place, very easy going... would always buy from George Wall a great great family oriented environment. A no nonsense attitude no game playing very upfront with everything. Never felt pressured Paul and Miguel are a pleasure to deal with.
Service. Service... bought an extended warranty on tires and rims at time of car purchase. 1 yr later had an incident and required a new rim. After 20 days of dealer having car. And apparently 2 rims that do not match car. I'm still left in the wind.. also impossible to get a loaner car. I understand it's aftermarket service warranty, but shouldn't sell a product that doesn't meet customers basic needs. At this point I rated 1 star simply because couldn't go lower... NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
Waste of time I couldn't have made it more clear that I didn't think it was worth my time to come up to their dealer (1 Hour & 40 Mins) to work out a deal on a new car. Their price was too high and their trade-in offer was too low. After two calls with them, I wrote them off. After many more phone calls from them telling me they could work out a better deal I made the trip up. The car I was interested in was the dirtiest car I've ever witnessed on a dealer's lot.
