I had been to many Nissan dealerships to lease my first new car. When I got to Germain, I met Matt and explained what I was looking for. I explained that I felt pressured by other dealerships and was annoyed with the constant calls. Matt made finding a car as easy as possible, and gave me the chance to think about my options for a few days. I purchased my car 9/1/14 and worked with Charlie Gregory, my Sales Consultant. Charlie was able to answer all my questions regarding the vehicle, and always followed up in a timely manner if I had additional questions after the purchase. I came in on Nov. 22 and bought a used Nissan from Josh Roach. He did a wonderful job showing me the different models, was very friendly and patient, and didn't pressure me at all to purchase that day. But I purchased anyway because of how friendly and solid his service was. Thank you for such a positive car buying experience!

Daryl is an knowledgable and friendly young man. He was extremely helpful & made it surprising easy to buy a car. The credit mgr was helpful to but I apologize I forgot his name. I will come back to Germain/Darly when in need of a car. I will also recommend him to friends and family.
There was no pressure at all at this dealership. Having just come from a bad test drive/high pressure situation I told Matthew I probably wouldn't be buying that day. He totally understood and was informative on the test drive, very personable. I liked the 2015 Rogue, but the 2014 was more my price range. Matthew had no problem showing me that one instead and once I realized i WOULD be buying that day, was able to get my monthly payments where I wanted them.
