Germain Nissan and Matt in particular really went above and beyond in ensuring that I was getting a quality vehicle that fit all of my needs and concerns. Matt stood by his word and followed up with me to ensure everything was okay with the vehicle after the purchase. Overall I am happy with their level of professionalism and the vehicle I left with. I recommend them over a lot of the other auto dealers in the Columbus area.

I purchased a used Infiniti and was blown away by the professionalism of Karen Klein and Ryan Farkas. For starters we drove 2-hours to see the car. Karen was my point of contact and readily handled all of my questions. Once we showed up, Ryan took over and spent the right amount of time answering questions and providing feedback. I highly suggest this dealership..Tony in the service department was very helpful when above in customer service..car was towed to another dealership broke down six hours from home.He did not have to help

We just bought our second new car in one year from Matt Wilhelm. He goes the extra mile to make sure you get the vehicle you want and is extremely attentive both during and after the sale. Charlie was friendly and easy to work with. Good telephone and email communication. Great follow up with questions and customer service. He was able to locate the exact car I wanted from another lot quickly. I am very satisfied.
