Our family purchased a Nissan Altima at the Germain Nissan. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and frendliness of employees. A very nice buying experience. Charlie Gregory was extremely knowledgeable on the car model I came in to talk about. He knew every answer to each of my in depth questions. He then took the time to point out other things on the car that he wanted me to also know about. His help though the buying process also was top notch. His followup after the sale was excellent also. Would highly recommend talking with him if you visit this dealership.
