I traded a six year old car for a new Nissan Altima. I thought Matthew Wilhelm did a very nice job of showing me the features of the car and the details of the lease. I definitely would come back and talke with Matt again the next time I'm in the market for a car.

Lauren is very friendly and happy always smiling and she has a lot patience with deaf people ( i am deaf ) she want to make sure i understood everything and she will take all of her time for me.

I had an appointment to come in and pick up my new Altima but when I showed up it was not ready. They had to complete the paperwork for me to sign and had to clean and prep the car. What should have taken 15 min took over and hour and a half just because they did not prepare in advance of my schedule appointment (4 days in advance was scheduled). Other than the unnecessary long wait it was an OK experience.

I recently had an issue with my Nissan Armada transmission that caused me to have to have my car towed. I recently moved to the Columbus area so I wasn't sure where to have it towed so I decided to call the nearest Nissan Dealership which was Germain Nissan on Morse Road. I am so glad I did! From the moment I talked to Tony to see if I could have my car towed there I felt like I was in good hands. Initially went to Ricart Nissan to purchase a new car and were not treated very well we left there and went on to Germain Nissan the next day. As soon as we were greeted it was nothing but smooth sailing from there. Michael Banton was an absolute joy to work with very kind and helpful. My family has used this dealership for several years. Always saying the dealer is knowledgeable and friendly. I will agree. Mike was great, even though the computer system was having issues he made light of the situation and made us all laugh. Everyone that we came into contact with was friendly and good at the job that they were doing. The DocUpad made signing a lot more fun also. We will be returning in the future.

Had a great experience at Germain Nissan of Columbus. I went to the dealership looking to test drive a Nissan Rogue and walked away a new owner. Daryl Erden did a great job showing the vehicle and he and the financing team did a great job getting me a deal I was comfortable with. Greeted by friendly faces everywhere I turned.
