It was a real pleasure working with Daryl Erden. He made it a point that my car buying experience goes really smooth and I am really happy that he went way beyond my expectations and truly gave me a best deal. The best thing about him which I personally feel is very rare to find in any dealer is his personal touch. I worked with sales consultant Charlie Gregory who informed me that the pre-owned car I was interested in was having some work done on it. He called me when it was ready and I showed up for a test drive with my 14 yr old daughter who is developmentally disabled. Charlie Gregory was very easy to get along with, very patient, & spent a lot of time trying to work out the best deal for me. He made me like I was part of the Germain family. He did not not pressure me into making a hasty decision like other dealerships. I really appreciate the follow up calls checking to see how the vehicle is running, and asking about how I'm doing. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first new car from Germain Nissan. I hand a lot of questions but they were always welcomed and expert answered. Daryl's knowledge of the Nissan product was obvious and impressive - his expertise stood out far and above the salesmen I experienced at several other dealerships.

Charlie Gregory was the friendliest sales person I've ever met. He was very easy to get along with, very patient, & spent a lot of time trying to work out the best deal for me. Because of his great personality, I was able to feel at ease and not feel pressured into anything. I had a lot of questions as it was my first time leasing a car, & my first visit to Nissan ever. This was my first time to purchase a vehicle on my own. Charlie was very helpful and went the extra mile to explain things too me. When I decided to purchase a car, I went to Germain first and then went to several other dealerships. I returned to Germain and completed the deal with Charlie. I would recommend him to anyone.

I would recommend Charlie Gregory as an outstanding sales person. My experience with Germain Nissan was a very good experience. Prior to purchasing my 2014 Nissan Rogue I had been driving the same make of vehicle and dealing with the same dealership for 30 plus years. Needless to say I was very reluctant to make a change. Charlie was very knowledgeable and helpful and has continued to be very helpful when I call with questions. Charlie was a pleasure to work with . Everyone at Germain Nissan is a pleasure to work with.
