My salesman Michael Banton was very friendly and not pushy at all. One thing I do not like from dealers is when they rush you and you feel like you are a piece of meat and they are vultures on for the kill. He was very knowledgable about the car I bought and asnwered all my questions. I would recommend him to more people.

I drove to Germain Nissan in Columbus from Cincinnati because they had the vehicle that I wanted and a competitive price. My wife and I were very impressed with the level of customer service that we received from Jeremy. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and provided us with several tips and suggestions. We purchased a pre-owned vehicle and it looked brand new when we drove it off the lot! We have leased 3 new Altimas (2 recently)from Germain Nissan, and higly recommend our salesman, Brad Jordan, from whom we leased the last two. Brad is not only personable, helpful, and honest, but is also very knowledgeable about the Nissan vehicle. What I like most about Brad is that he is "pre-emptive" in contacting my husband and me about upcoming special deals, without sounding "pushy". My husband and I purchased our first car from Germain, and it was a great experience! The sales associate was very friendly and didn't pressure us into anything. Everyone we encountered greeted us with smiles and friendly comments. Germain had great prices and knowledgable associates. They don't make you feel pressured to buy anything, and they really worked hard to get us the loan we needed for the car we loved. They will definitely be getting our business in the future!

Mike is a great car salesman, my wife and leased a Nissan Morano in 2009 from Mike, but we told him that we wished we could get a Nissan Pathfinder, but it costs too much but to call us if he found one that we could afford. Amazingly three years later he called saying Nissan was having a special buy back program on leases and with a $4,000 and 3 lease payments we could get a new 2012 Nissan Pathfinder for what we are paying for our Morano. We did so and I think Mike is great!!!

Michael makes the car buying experience a pleasure. Informative, friendly and attentive. He does not make you feel as though there is high pressure. You don't feel taken advantage of.

Overall had a very good experience. Mike was very helpful and worked hard to get me the best deal. This is the second car I have purchased from Germain Nissan and so far have been very pleased with the treatment I received.

This dealer was friendly and helped me to into a car of my dreams within a reasonable time and price. They were very friendly and were not pushy and listened to the I customers wants and needs to provide quality service and get what the customer wanted.

I had done extensive research before I came and knew what I wanted, and my salesman did listen to what features were important to me. I also appreciated that I was informed of "extra" services/options that could be purchased, but not pressured to buy them. Overall, it was a very positive new-to-me car purchase.
