Eric is a hardworking and honest originator that can answer all of your questions and guide you through the mortgage process. He is one of the few that actually take the time to answer my various questions either in person or by phone or e-mail. Colby was great to work with and we had a lot of issues with finding the right house for us. He worked really well with our purchase time line and was able to get loan done in a crunch time!
I refinanced my old house in early 2016 and bought my new house at end of 2016 and it was extremely easy to work with Colby. He did all the heavy lifting for me and made it the easiest loan closing I have had especially with the complex nature and regulations now involved with consumer home loans.
