Had unique situation that finally was explained Gexa by Barbara and I really appreciated her taking the time to do so. We also were sold on the 100% renewable energy source. Coming from a state that had no choice of company I appreciated Barbara explain the plans and narrowing in on a plan that fit our needs.

The gentlemen that helped me (I believe his name was Alex) was very polite and very knowledgeable. Very professional and I understood what he was saying, no language problem. Means a lot to me that the person I am talking with understands me and I understand them. Great to have a company in state.
