So I called several times today & it always says no matter what time of day it is they they have high volume calls. So, of course being a single mother at work trying to move to my new place I opted for a call back when my turn came. All 3 times it was hrs later. (Same day) fist call, I just gave up waiting so I hung up after 56 mins without putting my name down for a call back. My customer service rep did a fine job. I've been with ***** ****** for years and the rates have gotten so high I had to check for better plans. Gexa seemed to at least help stop the bleeding for the upcoming year. Hopefully, you want me for many years...I will pay attention to how much the rate will be after my initial year is up. Thanks again!!!
