Whenever I am trying to connect to a conference by dial the Con call no., then automatically 0 is prefixed to the no. and I am not able to join the conference. Kindly assist.

The chat functions are great. The problem is that they are combining the phone app into this one. There is no way currently stop the calls from going to your smartphone. You can either exit the phone queue(which takes you out of the queue on your computer as well.) Or uninstall the app. I chose to uninstall the app.

Hi Eric. If you would like to turn off calls, you can do so under Settings -> Calls, then turn on "Mute Incoming Calls". Hope this helps!

New app is useless! Cannot make calls. No remedy of this issue after several requests from RingCentral!

My company has used this service online for the last 7 years. I had the mobile version, ring central phone app & it worked great until the 'Ring Central' update was forced on me. The ring central phone app allowed me to listen to voice mails from clients. Now I can no longer do that!! This need to be fixed asap!!

Was a good app. After last update voicemail notifications are gone, spent 6-8 hours trying to fix with them and still nothing. I cant hold their hand to fix. Switching to a different app.

I can no longer get my voice mails since the app updated! I tried to refuse the update but the app would not allow that.
