Pam Gustafson is absolutely the best loan officer I have ever worked with. In the past 35-years, I have owned 4-houses. Two in Illinois and two in Wisconsin. I am referring her to every prospective buyer I can think of, including my daughter who recently applied. Don't waste your time with anyone else. Applying for a home mortgage is very stressful, and she makes the process easy and has a great sense of humor.

Very friendly, easy to work with and seems to love her job and helping people get the loan process through for her clients. Pam always kept us informed as to info that was need, responded to questions very quickly and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in order for our closing.

Ruth was wonderful....she followed through on every and any questions we had through the entire process. She answered us back immediately. Not only was she friendly and personable but at the same time maintained a very professional attitude. We worked with Andy on our first home purchase, from the pre-approval process to closing on our home. He came highly recommended by a friend and we weren't disappointed. From providing a pre-approval letter within hours of our request to closing our loan, Andy was incredibly helpful and responsive to our many questions, and he made the financing aspect of the home buying process a breeze. Kevin was with us through the whole loan process. When ever we had a question he answered them in a very timely manner. This was our first home purchase and many people say it is a very hard process. With Kevin by our side it was not a hard process at I recommend him for anyone looking to purchase a home.

I generally don't like giving five-stars in every category of a review because it looks lazy or disingenuous, but in the case of our experience with Gino Gregory it is the truth. Gino got us a great rate, answered a plethora of emails, and helped to ease any concerns we had regarding the purchase. I would honestly recommend Gino to anyone looking for a home loan.
