I had contacted Jenni after I checked with my credit union and found they didn't have any special programs to offer. Jenni helped us find a program to suit our needs. We had a few hiccups with our WHEDA loan but Jenni explained everything thoroughly and got us through all of them with ease and we closed on time!
First time home buyer here. The process overall was really not very painful. Being able to do most everything online was a huge convenience and very easy to do for me. Jennifer is very friendly, easy going, prompt, and very responsive to any questions, needs, etc. you may have!
Gino explained every step of the mortgage process to me. All of my questions were answered even on weekends. We closed on time. I would recommend Gino to anyone looking for home financing.
Pam Gustafson is absolutely AMAZING! The entire process from beginning to end was smooth and easy. The level of service we received from GSF and Pam was outstanding! Pam got back to us immediately with answers to our questions, and was very proactive in getting our file closed easily and far in advance to calm our nerves. Highly recommend!
Megan was a great help throughout the purchase of our first home. She did her homework and offered great advice. She readily responded to our questions and didn't seem bothered by any of my millions of questions and emails. My husband and I have already referred her to two of our friends.
