Pam had helped me out when I was in a huge jam. I am a first time home buyer who originally was going to go through the VA home loan program with a different lender that I will not mention by name. 3 days before closing I was told that I didn't qualify for the VA home loan even though I had been pre-approved and that they couldn't do anything for me. Jim was by far the most Professional, Informed, and Helpful person I have had the pleasure of working with. Not only did he save me a half point on my mortgage rate, he was available to answer questions after our loan was closed and sold.
