From the very beginning I knew Ruth, knew what she was talking about.The bigger company don't give you the service that Ruth does ,you can call her anytime within reason and she'll answer you back within the hour if not sooner. I was going through a divorce when I started and Ruth was a big help with that because of the concerns I had ,so being that she had recently gone through it she was able to advise the loan process. I would definitely recommend her to a close friend and or relative.Great Job!!!!!!!
We just refinanced our home with great success and help with Eileen. We were not easy customers always calling to ask questions, our statements were not that easy to read and overall she probably had to work more with us than others. This was no problem for her as she always was willing to communicate through email or phone and did so in a positive manner. I highly recommend her to anyone, she was excellent.
I recently closed on my home with GSF and Eileen who was very helpful with all my needs. She made the process very easy and simple and the closing went as scheduled, in which I was able to keep my interest rate.If I had any questions she was quickly to respond to all my needs. Andy was a tremendous help during our refinance process. While we weren't familiar with GSF, we decided to give them a try, and we're so glad that we did. We've been through 3 mortgage processes during the past 3 years (refi, new purchase, and now another refi). This one was by far the smoothest and closed the soonest. Andy was there throughout the process to answer any questions/concerns we had as well as explaining the options that were available to us in terms of points, closing cost, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Gino was extremely helpful to us during the complicated process of buying a home. Being first time home buyers, we were pretty clueless and he didn't rest until all of our questions were answered.
