This was our first time buying a home, and Pam Gustafson was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. She insured that we knew what was happening at every step along the way. I was quite nervous at a few points, and Pam calmed me down every time. After we closed, she called a few days later to ask how things were going, and let us know that we could call her at any time in the future with questions. Pam went the extra mile to make sure that everything worked out and that we were comfortable.
Pam was so helpful at every step of the way in the process of buying our first home. She was always available to answer questions and guide us in the right direction. Pam is patient, kind, and made the whole loan process a lot less painful!
Pam helped us all the way through going from pre approval all the way to being to us through closing. It was nice to have her with us every step of the way, explaining all of our pricing options, payment options, any questions about taxes and any questions we had, we always heard some type of response within 24 hours, but most were within an hour. Would recommend 100%!

Ray has been my lender twice in the last 3 years - and both times offered a loan that was at least 0.25% better than local mortgage brokers (apples-to-apples, all things considered).
