My husband and I worked with Pam Gustafson and Amy Coppus on the December 2013 purchase of a newly constructed home. Both were extremely responsive and patient as the time frame kept getting pushed back due to construction delays and weather. I would HIGHLY recommend GSF. Pam and Amy were fantastic!

Pam & Amy were extremely helpful in the whole refinance process. Pam/GSF was the first lender that we have talked to in several years that was willing to work with us to help settle several judgments as well as a bankruptcy. All the other lenders would not even consider our application UNTIL the judgments were settled but GSF was open to helping us clear the judgments through refinancing, using the equity in our home to pay off the judgments. Pam is a conscientious and caring person. This along with her knowledge makes for a outstanding loan professional.I needed some hand holding (actually a lot) and it was given freely and kindly.We were making a move from California to Wisconsin and so there were many considerations for completing a VA Loan and it was all done very timely. After contacting several different Zillow mortgage marketplace lenders I reached out GoGSF who were able to supply the best rate and had a great experience. There was limited information out there about them (i.e. google review or angie's list) except on Zillow and honestly I wasn't sure I trusted all of their reviews - I thought they could be bogus. Process was flawless. I did a refi for two homes that I own at the same time. The rates were excellent and the final numbers matched what was expected. They were responsive to both calls and email's with all responses within a few hours. I have been through other refi's where the experience was exactly the opposite. I would highly recommend GSF to anyone.
