Pam and Amy were both delightful to work with and got me a great rate on my jumbo loan. Pam especially was very patient and understanding when the first home I had an accepted offer for fell through. When I went into escrow a few months later on another home, my first and only call was to Pam because I knew she could get me the best rate and provide excellent service. I found GoGSF through Zillow mortgage rates application. The posting quoted the lowest rate AND the lowest fees. I admit, at first I was skeptical, especially working with a firm located so far from the area where I would be purchasing a new construction home. Our experience with GSF was above and beyond exceptional. We were working with another bank and they were a half point higher on interest and we almost lost our deal through him giving a wrong answer to the seller. This organization really has it together. Pam, the loan officer, is very knowledgeable and professional. Debbie, who helped with processing all of the paperwork was the same. I changed from a Mortgage lender recommended by a large membership club to GoGSF because their rates and fees were so much better. It saved me about $4k upfront and .25%.

I needed to refinance and contacted GSF Mortgage Corp.. The rate they gave me was 1.5% less than my current rate. I saved $268.00 per month by refinancing with them. They were extremely helpful, organized, informative, and timely. Pam was a pleasure to do business with, and I will be doing business with her if I need financing in the future.

As a first time home buyer, I had many questions throughout the process. Pam and Debbie were both very helpful and very responsive. Without them and their helpful guidance, I am not sure we would now be living in our house - that we love! I would recommend them and GSF Mortgage to any home buyer! I had talked to one other Mortgage firm and they were cold and impersonal. GSF was the opposite and made you feel as though you were their only priority.

I chose GSF based on its low interest rate and previous high reviews and I was not disappointed. I worked with Pam and Debbie, they were very helpful and were always available to answer questions regarding the application process. They kept me updated throughout the process and my loan got approved in a timely manner.Overall I recommend GSF and I will contact Pam again the next time I need a mortgage loan.

they call you 24-7 they will not leave you alone even when you answer. I told them I would call back when I was ready to buy. first I wanted to find the house of my dreams and then get them to work with me but ive been so busy with work I haven't had any time and they don't stop calling
