I decided it was time to look for a home and went to my bank asking about a mortgage. They took 2 minutes, asked me a couple questions, ran my credit report, looked at it and told me they could not do anything for me. Told me my score was too low and that I had some things on my report that would not allow me to get a mortgage. Michael made my wife and I so comfortable with the experience of obtaining a home loan. He presented everything in a clear manner, was very available and went the extra distance when any issues arose. The stress throughout this whole process was minimal and Mike made sure we knew exactly what was going on and what he was doing to move things along.
