Pam Gustafson was always available via phone and email to help us throughout the whole home buying experience. Pam was knowledgeable and always got back to us in a timely manner. Pam is very patient and nice which made the whole process easy going.
Pam was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process of our loan application. She always responded quickly by email or phone. She walked us through the information we needed to provide and even allowed us to move our closing date with little notice. We would definitely recommend her to others!
Very knowledgeable about USDA loans and requirements. We were in constant contact on a daily basis during the entire process and she returned all my calls promptly. I was a first time homebuyer and didnt know what to expect but she made the process go very smoothly.

Ray is hands on professional, honest and trustworthy. He worked with me on my difficult loan and made it sound easy. Yes, distance is an issue working with Ray but he overcomes that by responsive email and telephonic conversation. He assured me that my loan will close beyond doubt. I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone as well as bringing my future business to him.
Ray did a great job closing my loan and let me tell you, it was no easy loan to close. I have a complicated financial background and I am also a commissioned and self-employed person. While the financing side of home buying can have you stumbling along the way, our experience with Pam Gustafson was completely opposite. We closed, in what felt like, record time and it was completely painless. She did a wonderful job!
