Brian is excellent. Plain and simple. We have used Brian for our last two home mortgages. To us the tell all is how well does your mortgage pro communicate with you. He serves your needs and communicates, no waiting for days for return calls or un answered texts. He's always on it. Sharp guy.
Brian did a great job with our financing in 2016. He kept us in the loop during the financing process from the loan application through closing. As we were purchasing a historic home, one with very few comparables in the marketplace, we encountered some issues during the appraisal process.
