I just purchased my 1st House with the help Sam and his team. He let me know what I needed to do to get approved and I fixed that issue right away. I am a high demand client and Nathan met those demands. He got the job done even when the other lender was dragging their feet. Explained things very well and was accessible when I really needed him, including the closing table - he answered the phone and was able to advise me when needed.
My time in dealing with Sam for a mortgage loan, was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have ever had. Sam was very knowledgeable, and gave me great advice in looking for a new home. Great group of folks here. Diligent and competent. Without the help of Marty and his crew, we would NOT have gotten the home we wanted. Our pre-approval came quickly and we got the home we really wanted. Thanks to everyone at GSF, including Marty and Amber. Just remember, the overall process is long and do your homework BEFORE you apply for a mortgage so as to not do anything to hinder the process yourself.
