Nathaniel worked 24/7 to make sure our financing was taken care of. Night or day and weekends, Nathaniel was there and working, making calls, coming up with options and talking to us about details and being very supportive and helpful with the paperwork the underwriter required, which in this day and age can be overwhelming. I can heartily recommend him and his work.
