What a great experience it has been. Just bought my first home and the loan process with Sam Fisher of GSF Mortgage Corporation have been one of the smoothest experiences. From the time I was introduced to him, he handled every aspect of the loan process with efficiency. Typically, the home loan process is quite cumbersome but Sam was very honest, patient, and handled each step efficiently. I am so impressed with the service he provided. I would recommend this company and Samuel Fisher to anyone.
Pam does a wonderful job of answering questions in a very timely manner along with a wealth of knowledge in the area of lending. She was extremely helpful answering questions that I had on my first time home purchase and she followed up on every step throughout the purchase. Byron responded right away to my need, he was very available. I called him on a Friday afternoon, and he got right back to me. Takes phone calls at all times.
Warren Herman is the best when it comes to getting the paperwork through. He took calls at all hours and if not available, always responded back right away. He knows what is required to get the job done. Working through the mortgage process is daunting but Warren was there to assist all the way. Great job, highly recommend this professional!
