This was my first ride and I was a bit apprehensive; however, the driver couldnt have been nicer or more polite. I will definitely use this service again and will recommend it to everyone!The bonus was that before hand I got a phone call telling me the drivers name, the model and color of the car and the cars license plate number.

First GoGoGrandparent excursion. Driver was fantastic and had a great ride. Second ride was a return home this drive was just as friendly and a joy to ride with.

I used GoGo Grandparent for ground transportation to the airport, and then, back to my home following a two week trip to **********. The drivers I encountered were wonderfully helpful on both trips. Thank you so much for this service. Other than a slight problem with the first driver who apparently was unable to find me standing outside the front door of my apartment building at 7am on the morning of my departure, everyone and everything was wonderful l! Thanks again!

this company is totally based on taking a vantage of seniors companies like this tolerate themselves. The charge is ridiculous to make a phone call to arrange a ride to a destination perform by a second party. Shame on this company Gogo grandparents. you don't tell them you are the middleman and they get this ridiculous charge of the checking account to pick up prescription or hamburger.
