I just set up the ride on line-and the driver was hear in less than 15 minutes-I was not ready to go-I had to hurry a little-so the driver did not have to wait. But the bad news was-I was in to much of a hurry-and I forgot to get the key-for my Jeep that I was going to pick up, So-to make the story a little shorter- I had to plan another trip for the next day-to get the Jeep *******

The office called me to confirm that the driver was on the way, and the driver showed up on time - actually, a couple of minutes ahead of time. The dependability was very important to me, as I was going to a very early a.m. medical appointment, and felt a little apprehensive. The driver followed the speed limit on the freeway throughout the drive, I felt completely safe and relaxed.

Just had my first ride with GoGo and it all wet smoothly, driver arrived in 1 minute (my nice Uber driver neighbor, ****). We chatted all the way to the post office and it was door-to-door service with a smile! I only need two rides a week, but it has really simplified my schedule on those two days.
