They make it very easy. Ask if you have a wheelchair or ******, if you have trouble getting into a high vehicle. Send an email to remind you when your trip is, then call you on the day of the trip with the name of the driver and what vehicle theyre driving and what the last 3 numbers on their liscense plate is. Then they call you about 5 minutes before they arrive to let you know to go outside. They keep up with the places that you have been and give you a choice of one of those or if its another address. Very pleased.

This ride request service is concierge and has really filled a need in my family's life. I was car jacked, sent to the *** and am without a car. I am a familial caregiver, and **** has consistently provided courteous, safe, and affordable rides to appointments, pharmacy and grocery.
