My husband has been getting regular rides and weve both been very pleased with the service. It allows him some measure of independence since he is no longer able to drive. I was delighted to find out that I could get a plumber through GoGo! Id been unsuccessful in getting someone to come and do a small job. The gentleman arrived on time and fixed the problem efficiently. Im very excited to try using more of your services in the future! Thank you for doing what you do.

Good People ... Please be advised that this service -- GoGo Grandparents -- has given me ******************** I Don't have to wait more than 5 to 8 minutes for my Drivers to be at my door. I needed a 'round trip' to and from my pharmacy , there and back. My Driver was not Only able and willing to help me with that ... But also took me thru the window pick up!!!! I just had my first experience with GGG and everything went well. I was informed by phone that my driver was only a few minutes away and he arrived on time. I like the feature that the driver's name, type of car, and license plate are told to me over the phone so I can recognize the driver. Getting a return trip back home worked very well. I highly recommend this service.

The drivers were able to find my townhouse with no trouble. The first drive car had a smoky smell that required an open window to breathe for me. The rides arrived as stated on the first and third (return) drive orders. There was a mistake on the second order that was the fault of the website. I will talk with a human next time I use the service to avoid mistakes. Overall, I think the service is very good.
