My very first ride/experience using GoGoGrandparent. ******* was helpful taking my information, explaining about the company and what they offer. She also assisted my by registering me for the service, locating a driver, providing estimate of trip. My driver ****** was outstanding, professional, very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable. Together, they assisted me tremendously as I was stranded in Brentwood by myself. I was very uncomfortable and uneasy until they came to my aide.

I needed a ride home from a 5 day stay in hospital for a bad pneumonia. I saw your add when I finally got finalized for discharge. I called, the other ride share apps were horrible and I had no WiFi in hospital so I couldn't even use them. Your phone operators were very nice, I am a gramma, computer *****, but this was an unusual circumstance.
