I would NEVER use or recommend this service again.!!!! Initially the *** who answered the phone said she couldn't find the address to the ****************************** in ********!! I went on ****** myself while on the phone to give her the exact address. Then, they sent the driver to the WRONG address!! It was terrible and r the lady had a really bad attitude. Went on about her grand kids and living out of her car. I could careless about all that ,I have my own problems Please take care of it.

As a Driver for lyft and ***** last night I received a request for a ride for a ride, the senior that I picked up, was a short, but very heavy older man, with mobility issues, i did my best to accommodate him, but my SUV stood a little too high for him to easily enter the vehicle, and there was no way for me to physically lift him into the rear seat of the vehicle, i believe that this service takes advantage of senior citizens by not providing them the proper accommodations that they may need for their mobility issues, the p... read more

These people are thieves. They allowed a driver to run up a $130 tab, empty a debit card with plans to reimburse and have corporate take care of my situation. Filthy ,lying squats....big fat zero. *****.

I HAVE BEEN CHARGED $245.00 FOR MEMBERSHIP THAT WAS NOT AUTHORIZED . I WAS ADVISED THE MEMBERSHIP WAS CANCELLED ON 20 MAY 2025, WHICH I NEVER REQUESTED, AND NO SERVICE WAS RENDERED FOR THIS MEMBERSHIP. I REQUESTED MY REFUND, AND THIS WAS DENIED DUE TO THEIR POLICY.. One of the worst companies I have ever been involved with. If you enjoy being on hold for 30 or more minutes to speak with someone than this company is for you!!! I'm just trying to cancel my account because of the frustration and I've been on hold for 45 min. They say there 24/7 so I guess I'll try around midnight lol one other hilarious thing the recording says you're first in line lol

I found myself very disappointed with second ride to new employer. Three (3) drivers were sent to pick me (one person) up. These created a lot of confusion with end result of third last driver being the one in whose car I ended in, and therefore got to work late. My being late got me fired from new and only source of real living wage income.
