I have never written a review before - good or bad. But in this case, I absolutely had to. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had - they sent me a ton of emails, texts and calls, but never mentioned that there were hidden fees and a non-refundable annual membership fee of $245! Don't do business with them - as mentioned, they send way too many emails, texts and calls to still mess things up and not get things right with the (1) pick up location, (2) pick up time, and (3) type of vehicle requested. I needed a ride from my home to my dialysis clinic 2.5 miles away and back after treatment. The driver and ride to the clinic was okay, but half an hour late. The ride home never happened. I called when no one showed up after 15 minutes. They could not find a driver and tried for almost an hour. The person on the phone was polite and said they would call me back. I am a RN and one of my patients used these services. They cancelled their ride SIX times in under 20 degree weather. The process took over 1 hour and we were not notified of any of the cancellations. Highly do not recommend.

GoGoGrandparents - this company is almost on the verge of being scammers. Called and canceled after reading reviews and was charged the next month's payment. Called do not give refunds back. READ REVIEWS BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR ANYTHING. have trouble canceling your subscription & not get your money back. Stay away & keep your money.

My only complaint or issue is that it costs so much to get rides. It's much more than if you were to contact **** or Lyft on your own. I know that fees are an evil necessity sometime, but you pay a yearly fee to have this service and yet you have to pay even more for your rides than normal. Now with that, the experience of the ease of ordering a ride and such is great. But it does not counter the fact that it was so expensive.
