Why are these people in business.I missed a Drs.appointment on Oct. ** XXXX,because a driver ******* went to the wrong address and refused to come to the right address.The *** then told me they had NO drivers in my area! Needless to say I missed my followup appointed with my breast surgeon. I find it appalling the treatment seniors are receiving.

1. I took a ride this past ****. and verified TWICE that was a Lift and not an Urber and it turned out to be Urber which charges extra for gas surcharge "wait **********. Wait??? 2 Find out that prescription pickups are Urber only, yet nowhere on website is that mentioned. Again Urber charges.extra. 3. AWFUL! Stay away. I set my mother up for rides to church twice a week. The first month the fares were reasonable and pickups were on time. The next month the fares ,whish averaged $18 for a 3 mile trip, tripled. When I spoke to there supervisor ************ was told the vendors applied a surge charge and there was nothing they could do. These trips were all booked for the time period and on the same days. Now there happens to be a "surge" four trips in a row? Called Gogo to reserve a ride for my husband one day in advance. My husband required immunotherapy at a hospital about fifteen miles from our home. I couldn't drive him, as I was recovering from eye surgery. I agreed to the round trip price given by the operator, and told her to put it on my charge. Ten minutes before his scheduled ride, I get a phone call telling me my fee was doubled due to surge pricing. The cost of a one way fare jumped from fifty to one hundred dollars! I wish I could leave this company one half star review. They are consistently bad in customer service regarding pickups and pricing. They are consistently late for a driver just doesn't even show up, they're dispatching system is horrible. Do everything you can to avoid using this service.

The worst customer service. I received a free trial period. I never used it. When trial period was over, they charged me the monthly fee. I spoke to a supervisor to try to get a refund and they were rude and would not consider a refund.

I wish I could leave a 0 star rating. GoGoGrandparent used to be a reliable service and worked well for my 91+ mother. Now they are not ! The last time she called for a ride it took over an hour for her to be picked up - drivers getting diverted 3 times before someone picked her up. The time before that she was left waiting so long and got so upset that someone drove her home and then **** finally came and charged her as a "no show". You can't leave an over 90 year old woman waiting that long for a ride. I called to register... read more

i gave them the location (doctor's ******* I was at requesting a ride home.Instead of using the correct address they substitued the wrong address and then claimed I was a no show They are trying to **** me for a no show fee I sat at the office for 2 hours with repeated phone calls trying to get them to pick me up They had dripped me off for my appointment at the right locarion ********** was at **** Beacon **** They changed the address to **************** and claimed I was a no show.I kept calling back complaining about them... read more
