Horrible rip off company. They just send Lyft or Uber which I could call myself. Then they rip off handicap seniors charging over $100 for them to get Uber or Lyft for you!

I called GoGo Grandparent to get a ride In ***** for a hotel for a cruise on 2019. I used a ride and paid now they tried to charge me again in 2023.

No ride ever showed up.Gogo grandparents I confirmed a ride the night before thought I was all set. I stood out side in the rain for 15 minutes, no ride. Called Gogo was on hold for several minutes like ***** hung up called a family member for a ride. Called back was put all over the place finally after about 10 min got an operator, she stated that there was no one in my area for a ride. Submitting this on behalf on my 89-year-old mother, and I'm glad I didn't get her a subscription to this service based on her recent experience. First the phone call to arrange a ride: we know many call centers are overseas, and that's fine as long as the person clearly speaks and understands English. The call took over half an hour as the "customer service" rep asked my mom to repeat the same information over and over, and they still sent a message asking her for her email address (which she'd given them repeatedly). I had a 1:20 pm doctors appt today. The 2 other times Ive used Go Go they were prompt. I decided to call at 12:45 to give them 15 minutes to pick me up and deliver me: the office isnt too far away. The phone was constantly busy. Finally got through at 1:00 pm. They said the driver would be there in 15 minutes. By 1:30 pm they had changed drivers 3 times and still no pickup. I made the mistake of paying $245.00 for a one year membership. I never used this service. I did not like the options I was given to have my medicine delivered.. I have read many customer complaints and I deactivated my membership. I was told that it was more than 30 days old and was not offered a refund. When I asked about a refund they did not respond. What an expensive mistake! I would list this company under Senior Scams!
