I just signed up for GO GO Grandparents ride's and I am percent Happy with their service! Every time I call for a ride they ALWAYS! Accommodate me with fast service and helpful people when you call for a ride, I totally Recommend GO GO Grandparents to everyone!! Very ****************** I have nothing but good things to say about this Service!!

The service . advertised sounds good but I experienced being hustled to buy a level of membership I didn't request and got poor service. I ordered a 6 foot high standing LED lamp to be delivered to my address and two bags of vegan chips. I was told that a ******** had been delivered. I asked the nursing station to check it and see. They said no package was delivered. I had to call Go Go Grandparent and ask what had happened. Then I learned that the order had been cancelled. Not a good experience for my mother, who is 95. I normally take her to all of her doctors appointments, but recently I had shoulder surgery and could not manage her ******. I arranged with GoGo Grandparent for her to have a driver pick her up at her Assisted Living facility and take her to the doctors office. I specifically told them to pick her up at the front entrance to her residence. I am a healthcare provider at a facility in ****. Today I had a patient who used this service for a ride home after an outpatient procedure. This was set up prior to his arrival at our facility. I personally called the service prior to the patients discharge to verify the time of pick up and was assured they would be there. No one showed up to transport this patient home. Preys on elderly people who need a ride. Says it is for low-tech but you must know how to maneuver their site for how they will be charging you. You must see where they have a slide bar or they charge you for the whole year and will not refund when you want to cancel. I don't even want to give one star.

Preys on elderly people who need a ride in an emergency one time situation. They charge 41 dollar for the ride. Then a week later out of blue they charge $245 membership fee. I was not aware of the membership or 7 day trial. They have wiped out my last $245 for now. Guess I won't go by pharmacy to pick up medications now. Elderly people beware especially those on fixed income. You can cancel the membership you never knew about but no refund either. What a scam on the elderly. The driver was great though.
