The first time I used this service for a ride home from the hospital. It took forever to sign up with customer service, but after that, the service was excellent.I had to go back to ER 2 weeks ago and had a terrible time trying to book a ride. All automated and it would not give me the opportunity to put in pick up location, so the car was going to my home address. I broke my left foot becoming temporarily unable to drive. ******* Hospital referred me to gogo grandparent to get transportation to the hospital for my appointment. I was shocked to learn that gogo grandparent had made me a member of the company and charged me a $29.99 membership fee. I called a supervisor to complain that I never ask for a membership and why did they take a monthly $29.99 memberhip payment out of my bank account? The concept is great. Took her first ride today. No issues with the outbound. 10 minutes to find a driver to bring her back. The *** kept saying it was looking for a driver. We are not in a rural area so I expected Uber quality.

This is a SCAM!!!Called and emailed several times to cancel membership and was told my account was cancelled, only to see a charge on my credit card the next month.I called again and was told the same thing, "I cancelled your account but I am unable to reimburse you."Don't use their service.

GoGo Grandparent is a scam company. I arranged through this scam company to receive a ride to downtown ******* and was supposed to be picked up at 6:50am. At 6:48 am, received a pre-recorded message that there was no driver available and did I still need a ride. I clicked on yes and the scam company charged me 4 times the quoted price. This company makes it very easy to sign-up for their service and EXTREMELY difficult to cancel. There is no way to cancel online. You must call, which I did (after my mother passed away) and then I was told I had to be transferred to a supervisor and was put on hold for ten minutes. In addition my credit card was billed under a different name (Wifi Onboard). Clearly, making it difficult to cancel is part of their business plan. Steer clear of this company.,

I LOVE THE SERVICE AND SENIORS DISCOUNT. DRIVERS ARE VERY POLITE. BUT THERE ARE A COUPLE TIMES DRIVERS DON'T GET PROPER ADDRESS. They END UP CANCELING. I have recently had 2 terrible experiences with GGG: I'm a Senior & was told on 9/13 to call GGG from *** when I needed a ride home from *** to ******. I spoke to 4 different GGG operators: 1 driver scheduled & then refused to transport ; I was asked to go outside the terminal & describe the signs so a driver could find me; 2 other operators gave me conflicting directions on pick-up locations.
