Driver was nice, did not speak English. However dealing with customer service was a nightmare. Called to schedule ride to Drs, office two hours before I wanted to be pick. At the exact time I was supposed be picked up, GOGO customer service/dispatch called to say that they could not accomodate me. Be careful what you sign up for !!! They'll take advantage .I was told that one month contract was what I signed up for. They automatically billed me for the next month without my permission. No refunds.
