Under no circumstances should this company be trusted. They are not reliable and put the seniors you are entrusting them with in danger by canceling rides and not showing up. This has happened two days in a row where my 87 yo dad was left stranded ** they did not show up. They called me an hour after when he should have been picked up and lied telling me they came and he wasnt there so they called and he didnt answer!! NONE OF THAT WAS TRUE. Wish I had never signed up it seemed like a good plan to have until i tried ************* to the doctor which was 2 miles away. It was going to cost me $20 one way. I cancelled the subscription within 30 days never having use it, no refund available. I hope no one else gets taken.

Don't use if you ever plan to cancel. They're like the mafia - easy to get in, impossible to get out. First, when I signed up, I had to ask if there was going to be a monthly fee. They did not volunteer that information. When they did tell me what the fee was, they told me, I would get a refund if I canceled within 30 days. I decided I wouldn't need the service in the future, so I called to cancel within 30 days. I was told that the supervisor would call or email me the next day to confirm. This is the WORST excuse for a senior assistance company I have EVER dealt with. They can't find you when you need a ride, they charge you cancellation fees when you never even ordered them & then when you want to cancel the account, the supervisors are too busy to call within even a 2 hr window. I set up an account with this questionable organization less than a week before I decided to cancel for poor service & come to find out they are charging me an annual membership fee of $**+ anyway! Used them for my 91 year old father and could not be worse. None of the drivers spoke English and the surcharges are obscene. Total ripoff with terrible service. Do yourself a favor and find another alternative.

I have been using this service successfully but today my driver took a while to come when I have a flight to catch. He said he refused to take me to the airport and I needed to call again. The next driver was going to take 15 minutes and I didn't know if he would take me to the airport. When you call, they don't ask your destination. I cancelled a a regular Lyft came is 3 minutes. GogoGrandparents charged me $5.91 for canceling.

Fraudulent company that takes advantage of the elderly by re-opening an account after having an emailed confirmation of cancellation. Cancelling this service takes an act of god, but to re-activate it simply can be done by a phone call they claim to have made without them sending a re-activation email. It's there shady way of going behind the person that creates the account (me) for my elderly mom and then fills out a vigorous online form to cancel the account and receives an account cancellation confirmation through email. ... read more

This company took a subscription fee and said if cancelled within 30 days they would refund said money. I tried to cancel 2 days later. They stopped the subscription but did not refund the fee. I called again and was told it would take 10 to 15 days to get the refund. 20 days later I was told that I didn't ask for the refund and now it was to late.
