Service was very professional and everything went exactly as I was told. The people are great listeners to ensure all your needs are met. This was my first time using these services and I can tell you they made me enjoy my time with friends more relaxing. Great service for seniors who have special needs and families will see their loved ones are safe and in good hands.

I signed up for the one-month special for $29.99, have used the service to take me to and from a nearby restaurant twice, have found the drivers personable, knowledgeable and helpful (I have mobility issues), and am happy with the service. The rates are a bit steep, but the convenience outweighs that. I asked lots of questions when I signed up to make sure of what I was getting.

My first ride today very anxious.**** dealt with my frustration in an amazing polite and compassionate
I had a really nice driver named ***, who picked me up from a medical appointment. He had the cutest co-pilot, his dog, who hopped into the back seat and cuddled all the way home. *** was friendly and easy to talk with. I felt comfortable and safe with his driving. *** represents gogograndparents company just as they advertise. A safe driver who gets you to your destination with no worries. Having his sweet pup with him was a bonus.
I love this service! The drivers that I had were so friendly and helpful. They couldn't have been kinder, and even sweet! They arrived in an amazingly short time, so there was no long wait. I'm 93 years old, and so appreciate this special service.

GoGo Grandparent is a helpful service. You just pick up a phone to ask for a ride. Your ride will be there in about 5 minutes. My driver *** is a friendly man. He graciously welcomed me to the car. During the entire trip we talked like we are already friends. He drove safely and was a pleasant part of my day! Thank you
