I registered for the service for my elderly husband. The very first ride the driver drove passed him twice then cancelled the ride. I called the company who said we can control if the driver cancels the ride this is a dangerous service to market to ************ is completely unreliable.

The company took my money. Took a long time setting up the account. Had to call with card number because the system kicked me out with bank suspecting fraud.They were hired and suppose to prearrange a ride. This was called days before.The company simply just calls uber 10 minutes before. We do dialysis 3x a week. The ride was cancelled 4x within a few minutes. He was late to his scheduled appointment. I only give two stars because the initial sign up for service was very good and thorough! But the only ride I took was fraught with disasters! The car sent for pickup did not follow the special instructions for an elderly patron,. Then the return ride was 10 minutes early, a small car not meeting handicap accessibility required and requested. It was also much more expensive than I was led to believe! Their charges are ON TOP OF regular Uber charges!

I donor recall signing an agreement although ** told I did. I tried to cancel this the day I used it and several times after in the ensuing two weeks. The company has a *** about $250 and refuses to cancel this agreementI have all of this in writing, including their refusal.
