I went online to view their site only. I did not sign up for anything, but they charged my account $250.00 for an annual fee. I was so shocked that they were able to do this, but in all my correspondence with them, I get the same answer "No Refund".

I have never dealt with such horrible customer service. The driver did "Not" follow instructions. He would not answer his phone when dispatch called him and he left without completing the trip. I had also specified what vehicles could be sent which they totally ignored. I was charged for 4 trips when I only did 2. They also showed dropping me off at some address that I was not even familiar with. They were insistent that they were correct. I can only assume that they think I am old, senile as well as stupid. The company is a scam, just use a regular cab i paid for the $294 membership for my mother and for her to go to church round trip cost more than the membership, don't go with this company its a horrible idea to put you love ones or your wallet through.

I work at an office that aids senior citizens. One of my clients received a letter supposedly from **** asking them to participate in a survey and offering $25 for completion of the questionnaire. . Lists a Dr ****** ****** as the study's principal investigator in ********* also lists Tempus IRB . Our concern is that this is a scam. We have not encountered this before and we are concerned.Ray

I ordered a ride and it said they would arrive in 22 minutes. I use a ****** so I waited for about 20 minutes then went outside. I didn't know that they call you to tell you that the driver is arriving soon so go outside, none of this was explained to me.
