While visiting in ********* I needed transportation because I am legally blind and can not drive. I was very disappointed as I was assured there were many drivers in the ******* area in *********. The first day I tried to use this service I called first to make sure I would be able to get a ride from the Grocery store in ******* to my Hotel nearby. This company is nothing but a huge scam! They sign you up for a total year which is $124 and change $0.68 and what and I canceled within 5 minutes and they still took 90% of $124 and kept the rest. Don't use this company or you will regret it!

I started an application for this service, but didn't finish. Tried to complete it later, but after filling out personal details, I was told an account already existed under my phone number. I let them know I did not want to use their service & asked them to remove all my contact information from their database. They are still emailing & phoning me. This is a scam to get your contact info & perhaps pass it on to others. Do not use.

Not worth even one star. They kept trying to get money out of my account even though I stated I wanted the least amount of $8.98.The agent kept telling me you signed up for $24 fee and then she tried to access $249 from my bank account. Because I have had others trying to get money out of my account, I used an account with minimal monies. She sent to me a supervisor. When he came on, I explained that I did not ask for a supervisor. Despite my reserving a cab days before my birthday to take me and a friend out for dinner, THEY SIMPLY NEVER SHOWED UP AND NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS OR E-MAILS FOR AN EXPLANATION. A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT IN THAT WE ARE TWO HEALTHY SENIORS WHO NEEDED NOTHING SPECIAL...JUST THE *** THE CONFIRMED MY RESERVATION, AND THEN NEVER SHOWED UP, AND NEVER GOT BACK IN TOUCH WITH ME. This company falsely advertises that they can provide accessible transport for wheelchair bound people. They do not have the availability and staff to make this true. They charge you before ascertaining if they have what you need then you have a charge for hundreds of dollars that you have to contest. A huge false advertisement and waste of time.

They dropped my mom off at dr.s office and when she needed to be picked up after eye surgery, they no longer seem to have the address that they dropped her off at and canceled 3 or 4 times. She sat there for 2 hours until one of the nurses drove her home after her shift. They abandoned an 88 yr old woman that just had eye surgery. Elder abuse. This company's sales pitch does NOT make it clear what services it provides. If you're a senior with your wits about you, you do not need GGG. All they do is make the arrangements for you and then add their own fees on top of whatever Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, etc. charge. So you pay almost $100 per year, plus the added service fees, plus the vendor charges. I've requested a refund.

I signed up for GOGO in and effort to save money over rapidly increasing Uber and Lyft rates! GoGo uses ***** the Companies to supply your Drivers! So rather than saving Money, they charged me the LYFT/Uber rate, PLUS THEY ADDED A $7+ SURCHARGE to my ride! My ride to the Restaurant was $27 with LYFT OR UBER, and $34 with GOGO. Their advertising that you "save money" with GOGO is blatantly false!I want my yearly fee and my trip reimbursed to me. *****
