My ride was 20 minutes late. I scheduled my ride the day before. The first scheduled driver cancelled. I had a dental appointment. Fortunately, I had allowed for this. I know the route very well. We went several unnecessary miles to reach our destination. The driver was a very good driver and obeyed the rules. My ride home was much better. She took short cuts I did not know about. This is my first time with Go Go grandparent and I already love the company. I just had my first ride and the driver was so friendly and personable The car was clean smelled good and was warm. The long ride home same short with great conversation with my driver. To sign up process was so easy and so reasonably priced. I feel like I'm using Go Go grandparent for a very long time

My first experience with GoGoGrandParents was world class. I needed a ride to a hospital an hour away for scheduled hip replacement surgery which I booked over the phone a day in advance. The weather here in Chicago was forecast for a major winter storm of six to ten inches of snow (we actually got less than two), but the Uber driver showed up on time and drove me to the hospital during the storm.
