This was my very first time ever using a transportation service. The driver was wonderful, very kind, friendly and helpful. He made the whole trip of getting my daughter home from the hospital very comfortable. We thought the name GoGoGrandparent was a cute added touch to the whole experience.

My driver ******* was so nice and this was first time I used this service. The process was very easy from beginning with representative so friendly while scheduling my ride. Updates on when driver would arrive, vehicle description, license number, etc. was great. I would highly recommend GOGOGRANDPARENT.

***** got me all set up for my 87 years old Mother - she was extremely thorough as I explained where Mother lives, her expectations for a clean non smoker car, etc. ***** walked me through the entire process and was extremely professional and efficient - I was anxious about doing this but ***** did a great job! First trip for Mother is now scheduled and excited to hear how it goes.
