I had a unexpected car repair recently completed 08/14/18 and the process went very smooth. I did have to cover a few expenses out of pocket, and the repair dealer contacted the company directly and they mention the process was straight forward as well. I am so Glad I purchased this warranty! the majority of my expenses were covered and after I received a nice email asking about my experience
After my tranny went out on my Escape they covered everything including my rental car. I’m glad i has this coverage becuse who can afford $3500 to replace a blown transmission??

I'm a new vehicle owner in Arizona, it really was such a relief to hear my service rep kevin, come back to me saying that my warranty is indeed covering the cost of my ac unit! And Amber, my claim adjuster with Gold Standard, did awesome at following up with me after the whole process, which I am just very happy about! Even Kevin had made a positive remark about not having heard of GS before, but [seem like a great company] after speaking with a rep! So far so great! ×) ThankYou!
