I had a unexpected car repair recently completed 08/14/18 and the process went very smooth. I did have to cover a few expenses out of pocket, and the repair dealer contacted the company directly and they mention the process was straight forward as well. I am so Glad I purchased this warranty! the majority of my expenses were covered and after I received a nice email asking about my experience
After my tranny went out on my Escape they covered everything including my rental car. I’m glad i has this coverage becuse who can afford $3500 to replace a blown transmission??
I think so far this company has been awesome for me. I have called and Taylor has answered all my questions and I am grateful to have a peace of mind knowing we are covered. I love that most maintenance is covered to. Thank you
I'm a new vehicle owner in Arizona, it really was such a relief to hear my service rep kevin, come back to me saying that my warranty is indeed covering the cost of my ac unit! And Amber, my claim adjuster with Gold Standard, did awesome at following up with me after the whole process, which I am just very happy about! Even Kevin had made a positive remark about not having heard of GS before, but [seem like a great company] after speaking with a rep! So far so great! ×) ThankYou!
Went really smooth, dropped off the truck, shop worked with them, said it was the easiest warranty company they’ve worked with.
They were very fast getting the claim and approving it. And taylor (lady from gold standard) was super nice and very informative!
The selling dealer said you want this Gold Standard warranty and boy they were correct. I think within the first 3 or 4 weeks the truck broke down . I called Gold Standard for a tow and someone was at my house within 20 minutes . Long story short the repair was about $1650.00 and Gold Standard paid the entire bill less tax and paid for the tow as well. So yes I am glad I purchased the warranty...
