As an auto repair shop, I find most insurance company's tough to deal with, and want to short change the repair facility on parts and labor reimbursement. Gold Standard ha been nothing but upstanding with prompt and accurate payment. Dealing with Carl has been a awesome! He has been very interactive with me, and not just another cookie cutter response type person.
I just recently purchased a used Mercedes S550 and added the Gold Standard warranty. Less than 2 months after my purchase the alternator went out while I was driving. I had to use the Roadside Assistance/Towing on the warranty to get the car taken to a repair shop. The process was very easy and I was taken care of right away. I absolutely love having Gold Star for our warranty services! My husband and I take advantage in our standard oil changes regularly! Everytime I call I'm treated with respect and never leave the call feel unsatisfied. Taylor has been a great help in going above and beyond my expectations. This company worked hard to get me what was owed to me. I really appreciated it that they fought for what was mine with the car lot that owed me money on the warranty cancellation. the other company was being difficult to work with but I think with enough time and harassment, the car lot gave in and I won the war. thank you gsan for all your help
Unfortunately I bought a vehicle with a bad gas tank and didn't know this until 2 days later when I tried fueling up for the first time since the purchase date. Luckily, my Gold Standard warranty was effective immediately and they did a repair of $1,395.61 (not including tax - that was out of pocket). I was very appreciative of the fast and friendly service of this company, the process, and the dealership that did the repairs.
I was very pleased with the assistance I received from Gold Star when I called to ask about coverage for my auto repairs. And they were very fast at getting back with the auto shop when he filed the claim. My care was taken into the shop and repaired on the same day without any issues. Very happy with my warranty.
I've had a great experience with Gold Standard so far. The representatives are very helpful and easy to work with. I recently had a repair done and they took care of basically everything!
