I was pleased to see how hard my Representative Taylor worked to get my claim processed. My auto service provider didn’t know about Gold Star. I hope they are better equipped to deal with Gold Star clients since they had a good experience as well.

Marshal was very helpful and answered all my questions. They worked well with the dealership and my truck was fixed with minimal cost to me. Glad I bought the warranty.
Every time I call in everyone is so nice. They even walked me through all of my coverage and let me know what is covered.
I have had my car serviced through ******** Sales & Service, which is where I bought it. I have had nothing but positive outcomes using my Gold warranty.
Overall good service. However 2 weeks after I bought this truck we started having problems with it. Then it was in the shop for an inconvenient 4 days. The immediately on our way home we got another CHECK ENGINE light. Now we are waiting 2 more weeks before we can get the truck in the shop again.
