I bought a vehicle back in April and I am STILL trying to get Golf Mill to return my calls! They are good at making promises but don’t keep them. Specifically, they sold me a vehicle that had a a certain stereo but after purchase I discovered they listed the incorrect model. They told me “too bad” even though I still had all the original postings that claimed it had the upgraded version. That’s a 2k difference!!! I called looking for a truck that was hard to find. Low and behold they said they had one. I specifically asked for a 6.5 foot bed and I was told 3 different times absolutely they had just what I was looking for, to come in right away, and bring my last 2 pay stubs!! Whatever that meant! I had to drive a ways to get there and called on my way to let them know I would be very upset if they didn't have what they said they had. No problem they said. If I could take stars away I would. The service department at this location really doesn’t care about it customers and is just in the business of making money. Go to another Ford dealer. They were trying to make me pay $1600 for a job on 3 month old car that I bought from them, went to other ford dealer they fixed it under warranty.
