RecommendedLove this dealership but my last oil change almost gave me heart attack! Don't sell information to third parties. Still getting calls to sell me a warranty on a 2008 Dakota I leased. Haven't had the vehicle since July 2010. Telling solicitors not to call does nothing. Talking to the dealer does nothing. Yes 10 years of solicitors and still calling. 4 calls between 12/12/18 and 12/14/18. The dealer is the only link between me and that vehicle. No service anywhere but the dealer.
This has been absolutely the worst service experience we have ever had at any dealership ever!!!! The Service Manager has been completely dishonest in his dealings with us, continues to take no responsibility for the mistakes made by his department even in the face of absolute proof presented to him. I will make sure I let my fellow executives in the Detroit area know to stay clear of any dealings with Golling, a very disreputable dealership!!!!!
Took my car to Golling on September 27th to get shocks, a wheel bearing and a right Lowe ball joint on my car. They told me they had to order parts and that they would call when it was ready. They finally called on Tuesday October 2nd to let me know it was ready. I drove 5 minutes down the road and all of a sudden I heard this loud grinding noise and so I went to slow down so I could pull over and check it out but my car wouldn't stop so I turned into a parking lot and had to slam my car into park. Took my truck in for tire repair and when they put it up on their hoist they bent my running boards and the body of my truck and now are refusing to repair the damage they did Jeff frank service manager joe ellasser Golling manager and salesmen Bryan McClennen all are involved in this This is a warning to everyone if you go to Golling you will be treated like dirt they would rather go to court to resolve my day issues
Worst experience with recent service and scheduled repair. They just closed repair order saying it resolved but next day steering noice & backup camera issue came back again with additional noice from wheel when accelerating gas. Next day after talking to Bob, he asked me wait for 3-4 days as they don’t have open appointment. But what happened to the existing appointment and existing issue which are not resolved? By far the leader in horrible service in sales and their service department. I post this as a warning as I hope it this will serve to help others go to another dealer for their new purchase or service. Why- the sales associate I purchased my vehicle from was not knowledgeable at all on the features of the vehicle. When I came in to sign the papers they are not transparent on the numbers, my fault for allowing both of these to happen to me however I purchased the vehicle anyways. I a 2016 certified pre-owned Ram with 30K miles in March, I drove from just south of Columbus Ohio about 4.5 hours away. My salesman was Dave Deza and he was great to work with helped Me make a deal through email and phone calls and pictues and videos of there truck and my trade in made me a great deal, Carfax and everything checked out didn't think it had any issues. We have had the same issue with our car stalling for 3 years and no options available to us. They do not care about customer service or safety. Do not buy or have your car serviced here. It has been a nightmare!!
