Very rude staff put me in a waiting room till I got approved then all the sudden very nice I decided not to buy a car from them they have called me three times since and texted me multiple times
Own a Fiat so oil changes have to be done at a Fiat dealership. The shortest time it has taken to have one done is a little over 90 minutes. Usually it is more like 2 1/2 hours.
I have been a customer for close to 20 years and I have watched their service department drive this dealership into the ground. They don't care about anything but overcharging you for services even if they don't actually fix anything. My car was scratched during repairs. I notified them as soon as I noticed, before leaving the lot. The service people were more than willinget to tell me they could buff and detail the scratches out. In the midst of one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Financed my Jeep Liberty Jet there about a year and a half ago with the plus warranty..... Which I pay extra for. Had to bring it in for service a week ago..... Didn't fix the issue and my service advisor was less then attentive. Got my description of problem wrong.
