Christian was our sale guy when we bought a car. It seems that he's a turn and burn type of salesmen. The car was used, but the condition it was in was less than satisfactory. This is the second time in three weeks I've had my car in, had some problems and got fixed. I noticed the last two times they have washed my car it eats my antenna toppers and this time I noticed today that the right side of my car has scratches on it from the dealer washer. This is why I have never taken my car through a car wash and always have washed it by hand. And the scratches were not there when i dropped it off. So Now who's going to fix my paint job, you as the dealer?
We have leased two vehicles from Golling Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. We are truly happy with the service from Heath. He is very helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicles we have leased. Heath is always there and ready to answer our questions.
We leased a Chrysler 300 in January 2016. We were in need some assistance on obtaining paperwork we called the dealership for help. Three times, three different people, no calls back and no paperwork. Even if they could not proved the paper work we were requesting a call back would have been appropriate. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
